Who am I, and when did the pod people take over my brain?

So as I mentioned a few times, we've been eating better since the move... But what's weird is that I actually chose to make salad this evening. Pretty though, no?

(What's even cooler is that my stove has reaaly great lighting for food - that was taken on the iphone, which so has a not great camera...)

Well, there was a lot of roast beef and cheese on the salad too, don't get me wrong...

You even make salad that looks good... I can only do the bag salad crap. Which is still better than no vegetables, right? :)

This started out life as bag salad, then got a handful of arugula (from our Papa Spud's delivery), some sliced radishes, carrots, green pepper, and the last of a rapidly-dying stalk of broccoli.
That was, of course, ENTIRELY too healthy, so it also got a bunch of crumbled feta, the last 2 pieces of fresh mozzarella in the fridge, and a bunch of leftover roast beef. (Bottled) Honey mustard dressing, and wheat toast, and...there ya go.

It probably counts as one of those salads they tell you specifically NOT to count as healthy when you're dieting or what not, given the Large Quantities of cheese, meat, and full-fat dressing. But yeah, some veggies are better than no veggies.
