Definitely Frou Frou and her alter ego, Imogen Heap (same person, different... managers? I think? Or maybe she's just solo for the latter). Imogen Heap's first album is very Tori-like, but she gets into her own style by her second album.
I'm partial to Apocalyptica, which you probably already know since they're more than five years old.
