I'm reminded of a Battle Planning meeting I heard of some years ago. A long, complicated and detailed "cunning plan" was being described. The whole production ended with the phrase "And then we'll sweep in from the rear and decimate them!"

To which a commander from an allied army responded, "Great plan. What do we do with the other 90%?"
