Spatula! (Really, people, get your mind out of the gutter!)



Ran across this (well, mine's "Huckleberry" instead of this unfortunate green) at Southern Season, and couldn't resist. If you run across one, and are dubious, I recommend getting it - it's nice and heavy, and the blades on each end have the perfect combination of rigidity and flex for scraping bowls, etc. Also, being silicon, it's "Jennifer-proof" - ask my husband how often I set kitchen tools on fire, or any number of other bad things...
